My friend has polio leg & he could not drive geared vehicle.He wants to buy Scorpio.Can he buy geared scropio & convert it in to automatic transmission?

Till date there is no official modification available to convert the existing vehicle to a automatic transmisson.Don't get it done by local mechanics.My suggestion is buy a car with automatic transmission.
