My friend is located in Hyderabad.His passport address is in Hyderabad,but the driving licese address is in vijaywada. Will he face problem in getting a internationaldriving license?

Both address in the passport & address in the driving license should match.It is mandatory for getting International driving license.Ask your friend to change the driving license address.
