Default NOC for vehicle
I have transfered my vehicle from Tamilnadu to Delhi.I applied for NOC but forget to collect it from RTO.Can I get it over post or any other possible way to obtain it?

Application signed by you is enough.Send your relative or friend with all needed document to RTO & get the NOC.
