Default Answer to the RTO question

Should approach RTO of your area in Mumbai. You will have to show your registration book, taxation book,Insurance policy,PUC Certificate & NOC from Hyd along with Octori receipt. You may have to pay life time tax (later you can claim refund from HYD RTO).

If your vehicle is older than 30 months RTO will transfer your vehicle immedietly.
