I have lost my driving licence. What is the procedure for getting a new one?

Do you have photocopy of your license? First,Lodge a complaint in police station & get a complaint copy.Then apply to RTO where the original driving license was issued along with photocopy of your police complaint ,photo copy of your lost license & three copies of photographs.
