Default bank procedure for stolen vehicle
last month my friends Maruthi swift was stolen.He has informed police,RTO,Insurance office & bank.Can he instruct the banker to stop EMI Payment?

Normally bank is not concerned about loss of the vehicle.Your friend has to pay EMI as decided with the bank.It is his duty to claim compensation from insurance company.
