Dio is a 4 stroke engine scooter with automatic gear transmission & 6 litre petrol fuel tank capacity .It gives an average mileage of 50 km/litre (on worst conditions 43 kmpl). Like Activa it come with tuffup (2 layered) tubes containing fluid in the tyres to arrest or seal puncture.Other Noted advantages are.

. Convenient lift-up independent engine cover.

. Multi-reflector head lamp.

. Stylish and sporty design

. It has an auto and kick start mechanism.

. Factory fitted storage compartment (ample space is there)

. Fuel indicator.

Let me also share some disadvantages which some of my friends met with.

- We could feel the shake in the foot board in slow speed and horn dips when brake applied or speed is slowered.

- Starting problem is very often noticed & ride is not that comfortable as kinetic.

- Cheap Fibre body Parts which does not withstand Indian conditions.

- Absence of folding footrest at pillion.

Overall I can say it is the good scotter.

Good review; I have a Kinetic and I want to buy a new one; do you think Dio will be better?
