Water is a common commodity to earthlings. Nobody can claim ownership to water which is a precious natural resource. More so in the times to come.
The best way is to sit, discuss and resolve the problem. Political rivalry wont get us anywhere near the solution. |

In my opinion also the rights are 50-50.Water is an essential commodity for all living beings.They can solve the problem by benifiting the people of both states.
