Friends! Most Hindi TV channels have resorted to crappy presentations, which are packaged as 'news'. Unprofessional handling of odd news leaves a bad taste with the viewers..

Media is interested only in the kind of news given below:

>> ’maut ki saza ’ (death sentence)

>> Saturn’s birthday

>> Cricket is always on top, though there may be no such news to do with it.

>> Laughter shows occupying prime time these days

Are such stories, news worthy...?
Do they change our lives anyhow...?
Where are articles addressing grave issues?
Are we ingoring them or we do not have medium to show them?
Is Media not being a victim of commercialization?

The "fourth estate" is there to make money. They are clever businessmen.
They run the business and run after "hot news" and are not bothered about people or viewers or nation as a whole.

Its we who makes a mistake thinking that they "have" the responsibility to be the watch dog of the people's problems.
